Should I or Shouldn't I?

From Cambridge: I'm trying to decide whether I should blog in Tanzania. Here are the pros and cons.

Pros

• My family will be happy to know I'm alive
• Maybe this will help me be more reflective in my work and travels
• I'm demonstrating that I can operate in the 21st Century/social network or whatever
• It may help me be as cool as my sister (though not quite)
• I can post pictures and hence not have to show them afterwards

Cons

• Electricity/internet may be spotty which is annoying when posting
• Blogging is self-indulgent
• No one cares about me running around TZ interviewing people
• I'm more of a list-maker than a blogger
• I am not funny at all so this may be boring
